Girl group Candy Shop has established itself as a ‘Generation Z hot hit’ through music broadcasts in the first week of its debut.

Candy Shop started with Mnet’s ‘M Countdown’ on the 28th of last month, followed by KBS 2TV’s ‘Music Bank’ and MBC’s ‘Show! Music Core’, SBS M ‘The Show’, MBC M ‘Show! They appeared on ‘Champion’ one after another and performed ‘Good Girl’, the title song of their 1st mini album ‘Hashtag#’.

Candy Shop on stage boasted perfect speed control with powerful yet delicate dance moves. The four members also demonstrated skills that are unusual for rookies through solid live performances and relaxed facial expressions, and added to the fun of watching with energetic group dances with dancers. Candy Shop showed off its unique teen sensibility with a sporty look with colors such as lively pink and refreshing denim.

‘Hashtag #’ is an album containing Candy Shop’s ambition to lead active communication with Generation Z, like the hashtag used on social media. As if to prove their determination, Candy Shop became a ‘Generation Z hot hit’ by drawing a positive response with the title song ‘Good Girl’, which combines the bold charm of the same generation with a trendy sound.

Meanwhile, upon debut, Candy Shop appeared on YouTube channels ‘Kkondaehee’ and ‘Kwon Hyuk-soo Emotion’, showing off their entertainment skills that are as vibrant as candy.
